  1. Charge my iPod battery fully for about 4 hours.
  2. Under “Settings”, set “Shuffle”, “EQ” and “Sound Check” to “Off”.
  3. Let it play continuously until the battery is fully drained.

That’s all, you need to calibrate iPod each month or two month. It’s the best way to keep battery healthy.
