When I first time know about internet, yahoo is my Public ID that I still used until today. I still remember that I really love with Yahoo Mail until today. And they latest Yahoo! Mail is really rock! They was improved on speed design and many more. Yahoo have so many service beside Yahoo! Mail, they have My Yahoo! Yahoo Search and many more.
Yahoo! have growing developer connection on they Developer Yahoo! website and you can check all what other user can do with Yahoo! on Yahoo! Gallery.
So, Yahoo! Gallery is one stop website that you can use to find many tinny application that really usable for you or you friends, on Yahoo! Gallery you can browse so many tags application type, such as API, Flickr, Web, Web 2.0 and many more. I think this is will be great. And I must add this site on my visit list ;)
