Windows Live Writer is Free and this run on Windows Only. This tool just like another one like wBloggar or Perfomancing. First time I use this tools, it’s realy easy and have some cute layout, just like Microsoft Office applications.

Thanks for your post. I have tried this software to make post on this windows life writer review .
But somehow it adds additional html codes (which I’m not preferred) to maintain layout especially when you put image on your post.
