In this whole world, there are a lot of tool to make a website/blog, and the tools use many Server Scripting Language such as CGI, Ruby on Rails, ASP, PHP, JSP etc etc, and the major tools was developed with PHP.
So what is the right tools for me? that simple question with so many answer, before you choose you engine, you must know you server, you little knowledge with the Server Scripting Language that you’ll choose, and they support.

Themes, Plugins and Hack? this engine is right for you, they have a lot of free themes, free plugins, some hack, intregation guide etc etc.
